Guidelines

  • All returns/repair/exchanges must include any accessories, documentation, etc., that was originally shipped with the product.

  • Returns/repair/exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to process, not including shipping times.
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges that are not related to a defective product or product that was damaged during initial shipping to the customer.
Refund, Return & Repair Policy

Techno Max Pty Ltd offers 12 months of manufacturer warranty on all goods purchases from its website. In the event that a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer error or defective materials, we will repair or exchange the product as needed. If Techno Max determines that repair or replacement of a defective product is not practical, we will provide a refund.

Please contact us at 02 4067 5301 for any product related, delivery, return or refund related assistance. We recommend our customer to immediately inspect the delivered goods, to ensure customer is completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to the customer. Customer may return delivered goods by mail or by contacting at our Customer Service team on 02 4067 5301. Goods must be returned within a reasonable time. This timeframe may vary from product to product and may depend on the type of product you purchased and the price you paid.

Product refund policy

30 days unused policy

Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To return your product, please contact us on 02 4067 5301 or email us at info@technomax.com.au. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase.

14 days return policy

Returns are only accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. The customer can return the product in the case where the product is not of acceptable quality or is different to what was explained to the customer or the customer changes its mind or is faulty/damaged. To return your product, please contact us on 02 4067 5301 or email us at info@technomax.com.au. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs. If the product is received by us in undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase.

Damaged in Shipment

Be sure to inspect your product once you receive it. Any damage from shipping must be reported to Techno Max within 14 days of receipt of the product.

If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please call us on 02 4067 5301 email us at info@technomax.com.au  right away. Include a description of the damages, and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us on 02 4067 5301 or email us at info@technomax.com.au

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
