We make our best efforts to maintain stock of every product we offer on our website, however at times some products may be out of stock due to delays from our suppliers. We endeavour to ensure that all the products on our web site are accurately described, and we rely on information provided by our suppliers. Unfortunately, on some occasions it is possible that our web site will contain errors and we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time. You should also be aware that colors may appear slightly differently on different displays and screens.

PRODUCT PRICES

The price displayed for products on this website represents the full price, including GST and postage/delivery charges.

Techno Max always seek to provide products at the most competitive prices, and because of the dynamic nature of this industry (e.g. vendor price changes and other variables beyond our control), prices, promotions, versions and availability advertised are subject to change without prior notice and we therefore reserve the right to change prices displayed for products on our website at any time.

Please be assured of our every effort to ensure the accuracy of our product pricing. However if an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, we maintain the right to refuse to accept further orders and to cancel any orders already placed at the incorrect price. If an order has been confirmed and charged to you, we shall immediately contact you regarding your requirements for the reimbursement of money paid. We sell and deliver products ONLY WITHIN Australia. The information on this site is intended and applicable for Australian consumers only and is governed by Australian law.

CONFIRMING YOU ORDER

After you place an order with us, our Customer Services Team will call to confirm your order details and delivery information. The call is to confirm the order with the customer and this also helps in protecting from any potential fraudulent activity. After the payment is successfully processed, a payment confirmation email is sent out to the registered email address along with the Order Confirmation and delivery details of the product purchased. Techno Max reserves the right to cancel orders, refuse service, suspend accounts, remove or edit content in their sole discretion. Once the order is approved and is ready to be sent, another email is sent with the tracking id, tax invoice and relevant information regarding delivery of products. In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable or found the transaction of payment was fraudulent, we will contact you by email or telephone as soon as possible. In such case you may chose to get the full refund in your nominated card/bank which was used to place the order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer delivery Australia wide. Please make sure that the delivery address is correct before completing your payment as we only ship items to your registered checkout address. All products listed on our web site are delivered through Australia Post at no shipping cost to you. Once the payment is confirmed, the products are dispatched through Australia Post within 2-3 business days. If you are not available at the time of delivery, Australia Post may leave a card at your address and you will need to pick up the delivery from your nearest Post Office. If the customer fails to pick up the product from the Post Office in a specific time or if the customer is not at home when delivery is attempted then the goods may return to us. A re-delivery fee would be charged if your delivery is incorrect or unclaimed.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms of Use are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia. Techno Max makes no representation or warranty that the content of this website complies with the laws of any country outside Australia. If you access this site from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws in the place where you access this website.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

All goods are covered with a 12 months manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty does not cover any physical or water damage done to the product by the customer. If the Customer finds any manufacturing fault with our product, they may contact our Customer service team on 0240675301 and send us the goods if it requires any repair. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude our liability for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential losses) arising out of your use of or purchase from our web site. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you in relation to any product supplied to you is limited to the purchase price of the product.
